All Day Sync not syncing all day

and when I press "Set up" it then says Bluetooth Pairing Failed.   In all other respects I think it is working fine as it still syncs my steps but I have noticed I do not get the notification if someone calls me on my mobile. 

 

I have deleted and restated the App to no avail.  Any ideas?

Hi there, @trf1960. Sorry you are having these issues! But I have a couple suggestions. First of all, go into your iPhone's Bluetooth settings and see if the Fitbit device is listed. If it is, "forget" it. 

 

Whether it is paired or not, the next step is to take your Fitbit and your iPhone into a room that has no other Bluetooth devices. This is important. Sometimes our devices seem to go into what I call Bluetooth overload. 😏  Open your iPhone Bluetooth settings and try to pair it again. This should work.
