I have my new blaze connected to my iPhone but it keeps notifying me that I'm all caught up and don't have any new notifications. The quick view is off. I think it's draining my battery because it won't hold a charge for more than a few hours. How do I fix this??!!

Hello @Leannehjohnston, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board! Smiley Happy

In this particular case it would be a great idea to reset Notifications on your Blaze and iPhone to prevent this from happening.

To reset Notifications:

  1. On your mobile device, go to Settings > Bluetooth.
  2. Tap your tracker and then tap Forget Device.
  3. Log out of the Fitbit app.
  4. Restart your phone
  5. Restart your Blaze by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  6. Open the Fitbit app and tap Account.
  7. Tap your tracker.
  8. Find an option to turn on your notifications once again.

Additionally, on the Fitbit app, go to the Account tab and tap on Blaze, make sure All-day sync is disabled, this will prevent your tracker's battery from draining fast.

I hope this information can be useful, feel free to reply in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink

Hello,

I'm having the same issue, and the steps listed in the first response did not work for me.

Something to note, the times where the Fitbit spams with this message regularly, the screen shows the UI indicator (looks like a semi-circle) on the bottom right corner being active, which may indicate that it thinks the screen is being tapped when it isn't.

Just a guess. A solution is appreciated.

Thanks.

I'm having the same problem, and upon reviewing all the forum and discussion boards regarding this issue, there seems to be no fix that actually works known to the fitbit folks. It's telling when the advice always include "have you turned it off and back on again?" 😄

I let my battery drain and then applied all these reboot steps and the message is still popping up. All my notifications are off.
