I'd been having trouble syncing my Charge 3 with my iPhone 8 Plus today when it normally works fine. I rebooted my Fitbit, as this sometimes helps. It didn't. I rebooted my phone. I deleted the app from my phone. I cleared my user data on the Fitbit. I got Bluetooth on phone to "forget this device," and now I can't pair them again at all. In the app itself when I go to "Set up a device" I get a com.fitbit.HTTP error 403. How in the world do I fix this after all the other steps have til this point made it worse?

Hi @SunsetRunner. It's nice to see a new member around! I'm sorry for my delayed response.
Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot your Charge 3. I'm sorry for the issues that you've had to sync it and pair it again, be sure that I'm here to help you. Although you've tried some steps prior posting, please give a last try to the following steps in the given order:
- Turn off other Bluetooth connections that aren't in use.
- Uninstall the Fitbit app on your phone.
- Reboot your phone.
- Reinstall the Fitbit app one more time.
- Open the Fitbit app and try the setup process one more time
If the issue persists, please take a screenshot of the error message and attach it in your reply so I can take a deeper look.
Keep me posted!

mobile data. It still won't sync on my home wifi but at least I got it set
up? The error is just an HTTP 403 Forbidden error in the form of a pop up
(styled as "com.fitbit.HTTP error 403"). As the pairing also didn't work
with my account and an entirely different phone, it seems to be something
wrong with my account itself since it doesn't even begin setup to test
further.
