Hello @Neogecko, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
If All-day Sync is not working correctly I would like to suggest you to reset this feature and monitor it for the next 24 to 48 hours.
To reset All-day Sync:
- Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and tap on Ionic. Then tap on Forget this Device.
- Force-close the Fitbit app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app.
- Open the app again and tap on Account > Ionic, then tap on All-day Sync. You will receive the following Pop-up:
- Then, once you tap on Set Up, the app will begin setting up your tracker with the Bluetooth on your phone, which will prompt the next pop-up:
- Tap Pair
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else!

Hello @Calebco, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to see new faces around.
I appreciate you have tried the troubleshooting steps I have provided earlier. At this moment I would like to suggest you to go to your phone Settings > Notifications > Fitbit and make sure the following is enabled:
- Allow Notifications.
- Show on Lock Screen
- Show in History.
Then, on your Ionic, swipe right while on the clock face, you will be able to see "Notifications" make sure "Receive from phone" is enabled.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know the outcome.

Hi Marco,
I have all of those on and it still does not do an all day sync.
I’ve deleted and reset my ionic as well.
Nothing seems to work, even the weather app requires me to open the accuweather app before connecting to my watch.
This is seems like a very expensive watch at this point.
Any suggestions? I’ve only had this since Xmas morning and so far have not been able to get this to perform
thanks

Same thing with me and I’ve had my ionic for a few months. I really just want the weather app to work but in order for it to load I need to have my Fitbit app open on my phone.
