Hi all,
I updated the iOS app to the 2.49 version yesterday and since then all-day sync doesn't work anymore. Bluetooth pairing fails. This is weird, because I am able to force a sync with the 'Sync Now' option. Does anyone has a solution, or is this a 'real bug' and I have to wait for a fix?
I have a Charge 2 and iPhone 6 with iOS 11.3.1 (latest update).

I tried several solutions: removing the app and reinstalling; restarting both iPhone and Charge 2. Did not work. Reading through solutions to other issues I tried to disconnect the Charge 2 from the Bluetooth menu in my iPhone. Found a connection to a previous Charge 2, disconnected that one as well...et voila, this seemed to do the trick. All-day sync is back on.

Your suggestion of disconnecting from Bluetooth did the trick. Nice troubleshooting.
