I am on my second Charge 3, my third is in transit. I love my device, but it only "syncs all day" for a few days, then randomly stops. I have followed the protocol troubleshooting so many times, it bothers me when I think about the time spent trying to get it to work. The customer service was exceptional, but there is a problem with this device and it really needs to get resolved.
I wish I would have gotten an Apple Watch.

I was having major problems syncing my Fitbit 3 with my iPhone X and tried everything that has been mentioned. I went to dashboard and hit the box with 3 lines and a circle in it and then I hit charge 3 and it came up ‘do you want to sync with iphone’, so I hit pair and since I’ve had my Fitbit 3, my Fitbit 3 never showed up under my Bluetooth but after I got it paired, it now shows up under my Bluetooth. I hope this helps.

I have the same problem. I have an IPhone 8s. I’ve downloaded the update. Unfortunately I’ve had nothing but issues with my charge 3. I bought it when it came out and I regret it. Half of the features work and half of them down. The ones that do work randomly stopped working all the time. I’ve addressed it with customer support and nothing changes. They just refer you to the steps to fix things and it never fixes anything.

Please ask customer service for a replacement. I am on my third device and for a week, it has been working as it should. Good luck!
