All day synch not working

Hi Folks,

have a Charge 2 (Ver 22.54.06) and can't get the All Day Synch to work, app reports Bluetooth Pairing Failed.  Using an iPhone SE all software up-to-date.

Can download data from the Fitbit and upload settings (e.g. change the display & set alarms) so it is paired.

So far I have:

Tried to activate all day synch.

then

Removed the charge 2 and re-installed. Tried to activate all day synch.

then

Removed the charge 2, removed the app and re-installed. Tried to activate all day synch.

then

Removed the charge 2, removed  the app, reset the charge 2, re-installed the app & the charge 2. Tried to activate all day synch.

Can't if anything else to do, anyone got any ideas?

Thanks

Hello @Frogby, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Thanks for letting me know about the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far in order to make All-day Sync work with your Charge 2. At this moment I would like to suggest you to press and hold the button on your tracker for 2 seconds to check if the "Do Not Disturb"mode has been activated on your tracker. A message and a vibration will notify you if the mode has been turned on or off.

When "Do Not Disturb" is on, your tracker will not receive Notifications and the All-day Sync will not work unless you open the app and sync manually.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else. Smiley Wink

Hi MarcoGFitBit,

Thanks for the reply (and the welcome!).

Sorry I should have mentioned I've tried (some of the steps) with Notification on and off. Can't remember which ones but I've just tried again once with Notifications On and once with Notifications Off.

In both cases I get the same message "Bluetooth Pairing Failed Call Notifications and All-Day Sync are disabled for now."

Only other thing I should probably have mentioned is that the all day synch was working a couple of months ago but I don't know when it stopped.

Thanks again

F
