All my data has disappeared from my Fitbit app

Today the Fitbit app randomly logged me out.  When I logged back in, none of my information was there (steps for the day, water intake, exercise)...nothing, all gone.  Gone from yesterday, the day before that, and the day before that.  Initially my watch wouldn’t even sync.  I removed it from my Bluetooth and repaired it.  It’s finally syncing but all of my information is still gone.  What’s going on?  Even when I log in to Fitbit.com, all that information is gone. Help!

Hi there, @ttwebby. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Fitbit device before reaching out.

If you have checked what @LokeAa suggested and that is not the case for you, please note what happened to you is an expected behavior. You must be signed in to sync your Fitbit device before removing it from your phone's Bluetooth settings. However, I understand this was not possible because of the syncing difficulties you were experiencing.

If you remember the exact amount of steps or the name of the activity you performed, you can try manually logging the activity. To get more information about this, check this help article How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities?

If you run into syncing difficulties again, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

By the way, I've moved your post to the iOS App board for organization purposes.

Have a nice day.

To me it sounds like you are signing in with a different account than you are currently using. Have you had another account before connected to another e-mail than the one you are currently using? I did that myself once, Is the "joined date" in your account the right one?
