Allowed GPS But deleted previous exercise

After getting fed up of constantly being prompted to allow GPS all the time whenever on the app I finally gave in and it’s deleted 3 days of exercise

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry that your exercises were deleted while allowing GPS connection. This is odd and before anything else, was the Fitbit app updated to the latest version? Besides your exercise, did the rest of your stats (steps, distance, sleep, heart rate, etc) also disappear?

If you've not done so, please try the following:

1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
3. Reboot your phone.
4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
5. Sync your Fitbit and tap on the exercise tile to check your latest details.

yes I had done all this and it was up to date. 
all other stats were correct just the exercises were deleted.

Thanks for trying the steps posted above, as well for confirming that the rest of your stats are correct. I'm sorry that this happened just to your exercises. While we don't have an option to recover previous data, please try manually logging your exercises in the Fitbit app so you can receive credit for your efforts. Also, keep an eye on the Fitbit app for the next days and reply back if this happens again, that way I can continue helping you.
