Hello, I’m hoping someone might be able to help me resolve an issue; my weight lost on the front page of the Fitbit app is alway 0.1lb heavier than when I click into the weight tab which states the correct amount lost. They are both listing the goal progress so I can’t work out why they are always different. Has anyone else had this issue?

Hi @Tophat82. Welcome. It's nice to see a new face around.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I see your point of view about this situation as the correct information should be displayed in the Fitbit app. To further investigate, may I know if you're manually logging your weight? Did you start a food plan or guided program?
That being said, I'd recommend to give a try to the following:
If the issue persists, if possible please take a screenshot of the discrepancies displayed on the Fitbit app and attach it to your reply as described here.
Look forward to your reply.

Hi Lizzie
Thank you for replying. I have already tried the steps you mention; I’ve gone so far as to log out, deleted the app and reinstalled it, but it hasn’t fixed the issue.
I have the Fitbit scale which automatically syncs with the app.
I’ve attached a picture to show you what I mean
thanks!

Hi @Tophat82. I'm glad to see you again.
Thanks for getting back with the requested information, as well for trying the steps suggested above. While it's odd that the weight isn't matching on both screens, let's continue working on this together. Our team recently released the Fitbit app version 3.24 for iOS devices, so please make sure you have downloaded it. Additionally, let me know the model of your iPhone and the OS/software version so I can further investigate on my end.
Keep me posted.
