Alta HR Stopped Syncing with I-Phone 6

Hey Fitbit,

 

My Alta HR stopped syncing on 8/5/17, and I am not happy about it. I have followed all the steps in the community forum and it still will not sync. The bluetooth on the I-phone 6 is on but it cannot find the Alta HR. The Alta HR app on the I-Phone 6 keeps bluetooth icon keeps swirling around but it still will not sync. I deleted the app and then went to the Apple app store and re-downloaded the app and that did not resolve the issue, I shut the I-phone off and rebooted it and that did not work.

 

Did you guys release a patch or something? If you did, it is not working and needs to be fixed. What am I to do with my Alta HR if it does not sync at all with my I-phone 6?

Hmmmm, @tquad007. I have an iPhone 6 and mainly use my Alta HR without a problem. You've done a lot of good troubleshooting but have you tried restarting your Alta HR?  Instructions are here. Restart your Alta HR two or three times. Let us know if that helps.
