I just got a new iPhone 10 and it’s not receiving my text messages. How do I solve this. Should I remove my Alta HR device and reinstall it?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Tell me, are you having trouble only with Text Notifications or with all of them. If it's only with text Notifications, please go to your phone Settings > Notifications > Messages and make sure the following is enabled:
Then, go to the Fitbit app and tap on Account > Alta HR > Notifications and make sure Text Messages are enabled.
