I have iPhone 7, Charge 2: Deleted Fitbit app from screen 1-18-19 without using the Fitbit's app mechanism for deleting; now can't install app agaIn with my e-mail, as set-up screen tells me "someone is using that username and e-mail" - yeah, ME! I don't want to have to invent a new e-mail just to install Fitbit app...thank you CG

When you install the app and fire it up you have 2 choices. You can either create a new account or you can sign in using an existing account. It sounds like you are trying to create a new account when you should be signing on to the account you set up before.

Hello @csguarnera, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's always nice to see you @SteveH, thanks for all your help. ![]()
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experinece with us. As @SteveH mentioned, it seems you're trying to log in to the Fitbit app and instead of using your credentials you are trying to create a new account. When opening the Fitbit app, please log in with your email and password combination. In case you don't remember the passwor, reset it and try again.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome.
