I upgraded to iPhone 6s and am having difficulty syncing Alta Hr with it. Says it's "looking". Any suggestions. I deleted app and reinstalled to no avail.

Do you still have your old phone? I'm wondering if there may still be a bluetooth connection on there that's blocking connection from your new phone.

But if it is still powered on have you checked the phone's bluetooth settings?

We're making progress!
Can you clarify the heart rate issue - is it showing heart rate on the Alta HR? Where is it failing to show?
