Alta HR won't sync to iPhone SE (2nd Gen)?

I just got a new iPhone SE (2nd Gen) to replace my iPhone SE (1st Gen). My fitbit syncs fine with the first gen iPhone, but my new iPhone is not finding it.  I have tried:

- Turning on and off Bluetooth on iPhone SE 2nd Gen

- Updating the fitbit app on iPhone SE 2nd Gen

- Updating iOS to 13.4.1

Any other ideas? I tested that other devices were discover-able via Bluetooth on my iPhone SE (2nd Gen) so I know that Bluetooth is working.

Hello!  Do you have another phone it is synced to?  Mine didn’t want to sync to two phones so I had to totally turn off the old phone and sync it through the Fitbit app on the new phone.  Seems to have resolved the problem for me.

This was the answer - I had to delete the app and delete the fitbit from bluetooth memory and now it works great. Thanks for the tip!

what do you mean by “delete the Fitbit from the Bluetooth memory” ?

I think there is a function to ‘forget’ a Bluetooth pairing, essentially resetting the link between the two.
