Alta Missing Steps

My fit bit app eraced all my total steps . I did somehow accidentally delete the app off my phone however when Downloaded the all again and logged in with my username and everything pulled all the other data over but not that. I'm not even sure if that is what happened to all my total steps I just know they're gone and I now only have 15,000 when I had over 80,000 previously

Hi @Rochy,

It sounds like you may have unsynced data on your account. If you force sync your tracker, are you able to see your steps for the previous days afterwards?

If for some reason that is not effective, I'd then recommend:

1. Reboot your iOS device.

2. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn it back on.

3. Restart your tracker.

4. Open the Fitbit App to initiate a sync.

Lastly, please be careful uninstalling/reinstalling any iOS App including Fitbit. There is the potential for data loss when you unistall an App.

Hope this helps you out!
