My Fitbit Alta will not sync on my phone and the silent alarms won't work either. Whenever I try to sync my Alta, it just gets stuck between syncing and waiting in the app. Also, my Alta is displaying an alarm that isn't on. I have tried restarting my Fitbit, reinstalling the Fitbit app, and restarting my phone but nothing is working and I don't know what to do. I've had my Fitbit for about five months and I have an iPhone 6.

Hi there @Belal360, welcome to our Fitbit Community. My first recommendation is to review if there isn't an update for the Fitbit app on the App store. Click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store.
If your app is running the latest version, which is 2.27; then take a look at this different suggestions to address the syncing issues that is presenting your tracker: Syncing troubleshoot for iOS devices.
Probably the silent alarm is not working since has not being synced with your tracker. So lets give it a try. Once it has synced, the alarm should be configured on your Alta.
