Hi there @Ahall04, welcome aboard to our Community. Make sure you have install the new version for the Fitbit app. You can do this by going to your app store and see if there is available an update. The last versions is 2.27. Click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store.
Once you have installed the new version (if this was necessary) please force quit the app. Log out from the Fitbit account and restart your phone. Once it has loaded, sign back in and try to sync again.
If the issue persist please take a look at this other suggestions that might be of your help: Syncing troubleshoot for iOS devices.
Hope this helps and let me know if you need more help.
