Alta and iPhone 6S

Things were going great then it stopped syncing with my iPhone.  I deleted the tracker from the iPhone app thinking I could just begin new.  The old data is still on my tracker and the "dashboard" and on my iPhone.  When I go to "account" on dashboard and ask it to "set up a device" it can't find my tracker.  It wasn't until I deleted the tracker from my iPhone app that I got on forum which told me how to reset my tracker but not it's too late. HELP I can't get text messages, indications someone is calling, and can't sync my dashboard with the tracker.  WHAT DO I DO?????  Thank you,

Hello @GramMaKDM, welcome to the Fitbit Community! Smiley Happy

Having restarted the Fitbit tracker, please go to the Bluetooth settings on  your phone and check if Alta is on the list of paired devices; if it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device. Then, restart your phone and try to set up your tracker as a new device once again.

In case is still not setting up or syncing, my best recommendation would be contacting our Support Team. Let them know about the steps you have tried so far; I'm sure they will be more than happy to help you get back on track.

Give it a try and let me know the outcome! Smiley Wink
