I literally just opened my fitbit today. I am already having problems. Once it is fully charged and i take it off the charger it is connected to my iPhone's bluetooth for about a minute. than I have to put it back on the charger and recharger it. i have tried reseting my fitbit, turning my phone on and off, as well as i have even disconnect the device and reconnected it. what i am doing wrong

Hi @samisam31. Sorry to hear about the problems. You have done everything right in trouble shooting the problem. You may want to try contacting Fitbit Support or simply go back to the store where you purchased your Alta and exchange it for a new device. You are well within the warranty period. I've been a happy Fitbit user for as long as they have been out. But once I got a bad one and had to exchange it. Resolved the problems immediately. Please let us know how it goes.
