Alta doesnt show up on Bluetooth but does sinc with the app

Hi My Alta wont show up in the list on my bluetooth but it does sinc with the app on my iphone. Any help or ideas, as I used to like the Charge when my phone rang the charge would vibrate

It's great to see you around @gillprior! You may want to restart your Alta and reboot your phone as well. After this, make sure that you follow this set notifications procedure.
