Recently got a new iPhone (7) and installed Fitbit so. Will not sync/pair. States “looking” and does not connect.
I have tried turning Bluetooth off and on again. Also removing device from fitbit apt and reinstalling. Nothing works.
Please advise.

Do you still have your old phone around? If so, make sure it doesn't have a Bluetooth connection to the fitbit that might be blocking connection to the new phone.
