Blank screen when launching app.

For the last months, if / when no data network is available, upon launch of the fitbit application, it hangs on foreever on a "blank" page, obviously looking for "notifications" !

Hence, this application is now totally useless...

this issue was reported time ago, confirmed by other users with no action from the dev team to solve it !

I appreciate you have taken the time to report this issue. At this moment I would like to gather some information from you so I can forward it to our team:

 

  • Phone model you're using.
  • OS version currently running on your phone
  • Approximate date when you updated the Fitbit app for the last time.
