Unable to close the add in the app.

Every couple of days when I start the FitBit app on iOS (iPhone SE 11.2.5) an advertisement comes up that blocks the entire screen. There is an X in the upper right hand corner that in theory should close the ad. It doesn't. I have to close the app and relaunch it. It's bad enough the ad is even there. Please fix the close. It is very frustrating. It's happen enough times that I decided to complain.

Hi @Drake718. Has this been resolved, yet? If not, you may want to contact Support directly. I, too, find the full screen ads intrusive but have always been able to get out of them.
