Hello @Brendalee1221, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board! Smiley Happy

If you have removed your Alta and is not pairing to your account again I would like to recommend the following:

  1. Restart your Alta
  2. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if the tracker is listed under the paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  3. Restart your phone.
  4. Plug in your tracker and make sure it's charging.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  6. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue

Please make sure no other Bluetooth devices are around as they might interfere with the set up process. Give these steps a try and in case you need anything else feel free to reply!
