Altra history list for past 3 months. Any relief?

When did this happen? Have you checked your online Dashboard to see if your information is still showing there? If so, please try the following in the Fitbit app as it's possible the app is not showing the information stored in our servers correctly:

 

  • Force-close the Fitbit app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app. 
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

How do you log out of the app?

In order to log out from the Fitbit app, tap on the Account button on the top right corner of the screen, then scroll all the way down. You will be able to see the Log Out button.

Did log out and then logged in again after turning off phone.All this to no
avail, lost data from past three months remained lost. Am I out of luck or
is there something else to do? Is there something else to do or can I talk
with a person or is talking with people not in your business plan. I'm
disappointed to say the least.
