Charge 2 not showing the correct time.

I am having troubles with resetting my Fitbit charger 2 to the correct time

Please note that your tracker will show the exact same time as you phone, however it will need to sync first in order to show the correct time. If the tracker hasn't synced in a long time, that explains why the time is incorrect. 

 

If your tracker has trouble syncing, please try the following:

  1. Restart your tracker
  2. Restart your phone
  3. Turn off the Bluetooth on your phone for 15 seconds, then turn it back on.
  4. Force-close the app by double tapping the home button on your phone, then swipe up the app.
