Alta not Syncing with IPhone 6s plus

So sad after the upgrade recently I cannot sync my Alta. I have tried all the suggestions and nothing. So frustrating. Did phone on and off. Bluetooth on and off. Put it on the charger. Made sure fully charged. Plugged it into USB port on computer. Not sure what else to do. App just says cannot locate and give the 3 suggestions. Help me I am losing to my husband on the challenges

Let me help you out, check out the following troubleshooting steps:

 

  1. Turn off Bluetooth, turn it back on, and then open the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and open it again.
  3. Reboot your mobile device and then open the Fitbit app again.
  4. Restart your tracker.
  5. Try syncing with a computer instead.
  6. If you're still unable to sync, contact the Support Team so they can review your device history and tell you the options.
