Alta not pairing with my iPhone 6s

I've had my Alta for a year now and all was fine, then all of a sudden it wouldn't sync with the app anymore.  I've tried everything, restarting the Alta, turning phone off and on tuning Bluetooth off and in and nothing.  When I try to set it up again through the app I get the code, put it in the app and then it just spins.  It says it's connecting to Fitbit but sits like that for a very long time.  It shouldn't take that long to pair right?  Not sure what to do now and it sucks to have to potentially go buy another...

Hello @Gabrielledillow, thanks for joining us, it's great to see new faces around! Smiley Wink

As your Alta is not pairing to your account after removing it from it before, I would like to suggest going to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device. Then restart your phone and restart your Alta one more time and try to pair it.

Give it a try and let me know if you need anything else!. Smiley Wink
