My alta stopped syncing weeks so tried to delete it and try again to connect but on my phone just says connecting to Fitbit but. Itching happens. On my Mac it says it's found my device but then says there is an error pairing with my device or has my device has been disconnected.
It is fully charged, I have done the reset, I've been to a Harvey Norman store and their Fitbit specialist couldn't help me. I've tried the steps from trouble shooting as suggested by everyone - where too now?
