Alta not syncing to app

I have only just purchased my Fitbit today and it worked fine once I set it up to the app. I went downstairs and left my phone upstairs for a wile so it wasn't connected by Bluetooth. Now it won't sync at all! I've tried literally everything! I've turned my Bluetooth on and off, restarted the app, restarted my iPhone... deleted the app and re installed it. Deleted the tracker on the app and tried to set up the tracker from scratch but it just says 'searching' grrrrr
