Hello! I just got my fitbit alta today. Loving it so far! I am having an issue though, with updating it on my iphone. My app gives me the option to update it but, when i prompt it to update, it does nothing. I've restarted my fitbit and restarted my phone. Is there anything else that i can do to solve this issue?

I followed the instructions and still nothing. 😞 My app is syncing with the fitbit so it's recognizing it. I keep getting a little pop up box that says "Finish Setup. Your Alta needs an update before you can use it." It tells me either later or finish now. I select finish now and it does nothing.

@nicolehilton Welcome to the Community forums! I'd recommend the following:
1. Restarting your Alta.
2. Rebooting your iOS device.
3. Opening your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.
4. Firmware update your tracker.
If the steps mentioned above don't help for whatever reason, I'd then recommend trying to update your Alta's firmware using either a computer or a different mobile device (instructions are hyperlinked in step #4).
