Alta stopped receiving notifications after latest iOS update

With Latest Apple I Phone software upgrade I stopped receiving phone and text message notifications on my Fitbit Alta, does anyone know how to fix that issue?

@mwbrown, thanks for sharing that your Alta isn't longer receiving notifications and for sharing more details about your iPhone XR. I'm sorry you're having this inconvenience and to work on this together, please give a try to the following steps:

 

  1. Remove the Alta from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone. 
  3. Restart your tracker.
  4. On your phone's settings, tap Notifications and make sure:
    Show Previews is set to Always or When Unlocked for Fitbit, Phone, Messages and Calendar.
    There is a check mark below Notifications Center.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  6. Tap your profile picture > Alta and set up the notifications one more time.
