How to set up a replacement in iOS app?

Sadly, I lost my Charge4 but have been given a Charge3.  However, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to replace the device in the IOS app.   I told my phone's bluetooth to forget the old device but this did not help.  I then deleted the Fitbit app and redownloaded it, but of course it still has all my old info when I log in and I do not wish to create a new account.  Can someone please guide me on how to connect my new device please?  Thank you in advance.

Hi @Chrissie-E. Welcome! It's great to have you on board.

Thanks for sharing that you were given a Charge 3, as well for the steps tried prior to posting. I'm glad that you were able to set up your new tracker as a replacement device in the Fitbit app and I hope you continue enjoying the Fitbit experience. If there's anything else I can do for you, please keep me posted.
