Hello @DWB6371, I hope you're having a great day, it's nice to see you around. Smiley Happy

If your Alta is not syncing correctly and you have already tried to restart your phone I would like to recommend the following:

  1. Restart your Alta.
  2. Turn off the Bluetooth on your phone and turn it back on after 15 seconds.
  3. Make sure you have a strong Wi-Fi signal or enough cellular data. Also check that no other Bluetooth devices are around.
  4. Try to sync your tracker once again.

In case your tracker is still not syncing, let's try to set it up as a new devices to reset the connection between your phone and your Alta.

To set up your tracker as a new device:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  3. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else. Smiley Wink
