I need help getting my Fitbit to sync with my iPhone

Hello @Clovery, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to see new people on board!
If your tracker is not able to set up to your account, I would like to suggest the following steps:
- Restart your Flex 2, then leave it plugged in and check that it's charging.
- Restart your phone.
- Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices, if it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
- Make sure you have a strong Wi-Fi signal or enough cellular data.
- Turn off every Bluetooth device around that might interfere with the setup process.
- Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
- Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
