Alternatives to see average sleep data

With several days of the "new dashboard" under my belt, I've given up and moved to Apple Watch.

Fitbit's refusal to return average sleep data--and imposing some inexact judgy "sleep score"--ruins the functionality of what was, for me, the best sleep tracker I ever used.  I've worn a Fitbit since 2012.

The solution MIGHT be to downgrade my app back to the older version ... IF I can locate a repository.  [Yes, yes, Fitbit Moderator, we know Fitbit doesn't recommend this, but the new dashboard is unusable.]

Anybody have luck doing so?

Another idea might be IFTT.  If I could pull my actual data--I just downloaded a complete archive of data from 2012--IFTT (If This Then That) might be able to display what I need instead of the Sleep Shame Score that Fitbit has just rammed down my throat.

Any tech types out there who can help?

Hi @WebmistressMing. It's nice to see you around the Community.

I'm sorry for the experience that you've had with the new dashboard, and appreciate your feedback as it helps us to work on our services. I understand how you're feeling about the sleep average time not displayed and thanks for taking the time to share some options to have that information on hand. Let me share with you that the average sleep time remains in the Fitbit app, and you can see that by tapping on the sleep tile, swiping from right to left on the graph and tapping on the arrows icon to maximize the view. See the pictures below:
