Hello!
My alta HR won’t sync to my iPhone XR.
i have done the following:
1. Force closed the app
2. Logged out, force close, log in
3. Turn bluetooth on and off
4. Restart iPhone
5. Uninstalled and reinstalled app
6. Reboot Altra HR
i really would like for this to work...help?

Thank you for the information regarding your iPhone XR that is not syncing to your account and sharing the steps that you already tried. Before considering other options, could you please confirm if you've checked all the requirements and that you've exhausted all troubleshooting options listed here to resolve syncing problems as well?
