Recently my wife moved from Android to iPhone XR.  She is disappointed in the heart beat chart. In Android she could touch on the chart and it would show her heartbeat and the time where she touched on the chart.  In Apple it just shows the chart. Is that just the way it is in iOS or is there a setting she can change to make it more interactive?

Hello and welcome to the Fitbit Community @LJeddy

I see you’re having issues with not seeing times on the heart rate chart since changing from an Android Device to an iOS Device. I believe I might be able to help with that. Here’s how:

open your Fitbit App

tap your heart rate tile
look to the bottom and tap the day you wish to view

Now tap the graph and it will expand

Tap the chart and slide your finger across it and the times will be displayed

just tap the up/down connecting arrows to minimize the graph again

tap “today” at the bottom of your screen to return to the main page

😃 I hope I was able to answer your question. If this did indeed answer your question could you please tap the “Choose as a best Answer” box just below my post? Doing so really helps other individuals who come here to find answers to questions similar to your own. I’d really appreciate it!

Your directions worked; however, I would prefer to be able to make the graph larger and see the times without moving my finger across it.  This was how the android worked.  Is that possible?

Hello again @LJeddy

I’m super happy my directions answered your question! 😃 As far as the graph expanding it only expands to its largest size but tapping the connecting up/down arrows. Unfortunately I understand it will only expand to the size of your iOS screen. (I use an iOS iPad to view my Fitbit App because my poor eyes can’t handle small print either)
