I just discovered that IOS has done  yet ANOTHER update -- this time  IOS 13.2.3  Last time  this happened  I forgot to do one thing to ensure my device continued to work  and looked at the instructions that were provided.  I cannot now find those instructions, and do not want to update the IOS until I can find those instructions.  Please advise.

Hello and welcome @SunsetRunner

Good to see you again. Have you tried logging out of the Fitbit App, force shut the App by swiping the app upward then restart your iOS device. Log back into the Fitbit App as you normally would with your email address and password. Now sync your Fitbit Tracker.
😉 Hopefully that will resolve your syncing issue

Sounds like you need to contact Apple.

I had done so a couple of weeks ago with regards to the previous IOS update;  The person I spoke to was unaware there was an issue.  In any case, with regards to the current IOS update, i did do the update, and thus far my fitbit is still synced (sp) to my phone.  Fingers crossed that it will stay that way.

Apple suggests baffling the phone up before doing the update.

Update on my previous message:  After several days of no issues, my device has now failed to sync with my fit bit.  Please advise how I can reset this so it will work again.

Thanks for your message.  I tried something last night that seems to work;  I powered down my phone, turning it completely off;   After a few seconds I turned the phone back on and  checked to see if my device was linked to my phone -- and it was.

That’s great news @SunsetRunner! I’m happy to see that turning your phone off then on again did indeed work! Happy Stepping! 😃
