I tried to login to the fitbit on my iPhone and I know my user name and password are correct.  I kept getting the circle of pain and it won't let me back out. The spinning has gone on for one hour. I was able to login to fitbit.com on my PC. I want to sync my device. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi there @MangoKayak, welcome to the Community Forums. I appreciate you have brought this to my attention.

 

I would like to suggest you to go to your phone Settings > General > Date & Time and make sure Set Automatically is enabled. Then, force-close the Fitbit app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app. After that, try to log in again. 

 

I've moved your post to the iOS App board as there are more chances to get related replies here.

 

Give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
