i forgot to end tracking my walk when i got back to my car and now fitbit thinks i can walk a mile in 50 seconds, can I edit an logged exercise end point, either by point in time or gps location

Have you considered deleting the exercise in question completely and then input the exercise again to reflect the exact time, date and duration that you feel you earned? That way you can delete the activity that you feel is full of discrepancies.

appreciate you trying to help but no that doesn't answer the question, i found the option you suggested but all it does is shorten the duration of the exercise, making fitbit think you covered the same distance but at an even faster pace. what i want to do is edit the 'exercise' recorded to tell fit bit to ignore all steps collect after a certain gps location or time of day. I dont believe that is possible and cant find any answer to that question.
