Another iOS bug - Exercise Chart

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

The iOS Fitbit app version 4.09.1 has another bug.

When you pull up an Exercise chart, by clicking Exercise Days, and then selecting the button at the bottom for Duration, the time/duration on the y axis is incorrectly showing the duration in seconds, and labelling it as hours.

It may show the hours properly when it first loads, but toggling Week/Month at the top replicates the bug.

Picture is attached... mine is showing 7800h when it actually means 7800 seconds = 130 minutes or 2 hours 10 mins.

This is the second bug I've spotted in the last couple days. Does Google have people testing their apps? Also is there a better way to report them? A user replied to my other post, but bug reports should just go directly to the app team.

This would be time/duration on the y axis, not "access". Edited it 🙂

@Mikoss - I see the same thing as you on this one. Also, if I switch from Duration to Distance, then go back to Duration, it shows hours/minutes again, but toggling Week/Month again after that shows the duration in seconds, labeled as hours.

@LizzyFitbit - is there a way this can get relayed to the app team?
