App 3.33 does not stay live on iOS 14.1

Been the same for a couple of versions & iOS updates and as of today both are up to date.

I use FitBit as a health monitor and my priority is the heartbeat monitor (I have heart disease). The app prompts me to run it in the background and when I return to it after doing my cardio rehab exercises the app heartbeat is not ‘live’. NB. The iPhone has been configured for background refresh for this app.

I believe other functions may very well be active but to be honest I haven’t checked as heartbeat and the trend graphs and resting heartbeat are the main function for me.

To get the heartbeat function on the app working again I shutdown and restart the app. All’s fine then.

Other than this issue the app is great.
