Why did I stop getting notifications after I cleared a message on my iconic? It’s not even showing it in my iPhone

I am sorry to hear that you stopped getting notifications after clearing a message on your Ionic. Thanks for the details shared and I am here to help. Please note that if you clear a notification from your device, the notification is removed from your phone's notification center. If you clear a notification from your phone, the notification is removed from your device.
