Mmmhh it seems you are using a new app design that Fitbit is trying out. You can read more regarding this change in this post. At the moment, there's not an ability to switch to the standard app design but the test will be over soon and your Dashboard will be switched to the standard design.

Since being a app related question, moved this thread from the Charge to the iOS section.
It's not possible to revert to the previous dashboard.
