App Update Kills HR Charge Synch

Folks, downloaded the App update yrsterday to my iPhone (just a new icon apparently) and now the App is no longer synching my sleep (can live without that, it's of no use) and nonlinger synching my heart rate (that is not acceptable)
@Fitbit have said testart device - done that with no resolution. Have deleted App, re-installed and still the same.
Any ideas, or is it as I believe a flawed App update that Fitbit need to sort ??

A warm welcome to our new friend @SunsetRunner! How are you today? Cat HappyMm this is weird...I'd like to know if you have tried the exact steps provided at I can't sync my tracker? If you already followed them, I'd suggest you set up your tracker as a new device by following these instructions. Note that if you have not synced in over 24 hours, your activity data for previous days will be lost and only today's data will remain.

Hope this helps, let me know how it goes! Cat Wink

Yeah, is weird isn't it.

What is more weird, having done all that I was told to do (reset tracker etc) and deleting the App, reinstalling the App, restoring the iPhone to an earlier backup (which resulted in me losing a week of data from the entire phone) nothing changed; tracker STILL refused to synch heart of sleep.

Then, HEY PRESTO, at around 0215 on the Sunday morning (UK time) I came back to life, heart rate started synching and I funnily enough, started sleeping. Quite obviously FitBit did something at that time to rectify the **ahem** up with the App update as, seeing as I was fast asleep at the time, I didn't do a thing
