Tracker not syncing after update

My Fitbit is not automatically updating since the recent update

Welcome to our Community @shayg! I'ts great to have you here! Smiley WinkI'd suggest you restart your tracker by following the steps provided at How do I restart my tracker? and then please follow the steps provided at I can't sync my tracker. If that doesn't work, please set up your tracker as a new device by following these instructions. Note that if you have not synced in over 24 hours, your activity data for previous days will be lost and only today's data will remain.
