App and iPhobe 6s not syncing

I have done updates on both the iPhone and the Blaze and still won't sync Help please

If your tracker doesn't seem to be syncing correctly, please check @HelenaFitbit's excellent tips and recommendations in how to resolve these issues. These instructions have been proven very helpful for many members in the Community and I'm sure they will be helpful for you as well.
