Hello @Dstev thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Please note that when you're setting up your Charge 3 for the first time or you're setting up "All-day Sync" or Notifications, the Fitbit app  will ask you to "Pair" your device to your phone.

This "pair" indicates your Charge 3 will establish a Bluetooth link between the phone and the device, which will enable your Charge 3 to receive Notifications or use All-day Sync.

Thanks for posting your question, if there's anything else we can do for you, please feel free to reply.

Hello @Dstev I hope you're doing well, thanks for coming back and clarify this for us.

At this moment, I would like to suggest you to Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device. Then, restart your phone.

After that, go to the Fitbit app and tap on Account > Charge 3 > All-day Sync or Notifications and enable them, when a pop-up appears asking you to Pair your tracker to your device, tap on Pair and continue. If you're still getting the same pop-up after the device has been "paired", please take a screenshot and reply to us with it, this will be very helpful.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, give this a try and let us know the outcome.
